Hey guys:) I just thought, you'd probably like to know how is it all going here, "behind the stage", in my small studio. Not all of the hard work we (creators) do is seen immediately. We spend hours, days and even months learning new features to make our stuff better. So, I appearently mentioned this before, that until I start "The Full Tour" project, I have to learn some new features, for example, realistic liquid simulation. On the way to this aim I've noticed that my old renderer does not work correctly with liquid sim plugins, so... I've found it necessary to learn a new renderer for this purpose, and not only.
*This is, actually, why my recent animation was short, I spent all of my time preparing to this grand aim*.
Testing some renderers, I've finally stopped on one which gave me the better picture, and made certain setups. Now I see that it... it really worthed the spent time! Not only now I can come to the liquids, but the picture looks way better than it was with my old renderer! I made some test renders on Ins (see the attached files) and want to show you. It's much more realistic, and SSS effects are awsome! The hair looks much more natural too. I'd also want to admit that it works better with the HDRI and AO. These pictures are pure renders! Not edited, not photoshopped, just hot pure renders.
Now wish me good luck and I'm going to start liquids directly. I'll show you some test renders or even animations before starting the new video project.
