New video: building an edgeless brownie pan

Hey Everyone!

I just wrapped up my latest project: building a brownie pan that bakes without any hard, chewy edges. What started as a simple idea turned into a pretty involved build - with a lot of machining. The designs came out great, and the results were surprisingly fun. Hope you enjoy the video!

As always, I’ll be scheduling a director’s commentary in the next week or so to walk through all the behind-the-scenes details that didn’t make it into the final cut. In the meantime, if you have any questions, feel free to drop them in the Discord. I’ll do my best to answer as many as I can.

Also, if you happen to have a DJI Action Cam and a need to film in splashy, messy environments and access to a compressor… you can download and print the custom air knife I designed! It’s made for the DJI Action 4 with the SmallRig cage, and it’s available here. I designed it for SLA printing so I'm not sure how it would fare with FDM. Let me know if you have success (or issues :).

Thank you so much for your support!

It was fairly low pressure. I don't recall the exact pressure but it was in the ballpark of 5-20psi. I'm using 8mm push lock fittings. It's plumbed into an air switch so I can flip it on and off from outside the machine.

Is it dejavu or there's similar idea in the industry world to heat up solids / solidifyiing liquid with pins? I know there's pin heat sink (made by cold forging) but I don't mean them. Any thoughts? The design is very similar and it's not heat sinks. And I am not talking about waffle makers:)

What connector and pressure do you recommend for the air knife? I don't have a printer, but do have a willing hobbyist friend or two. I'm running a gopro, but I'll gladly kludge some cold shoe adapters to make that work.
