I don’t think this video/song mocks Christianity, it mocks Christians, specifically the ones that shun him and his “lifestyle”. He also made an IG post with the release of the song that was a letter to his 14 year old self. He speaks about how this is him pushing the agenda of being one’s true self in spite of negativity and hate. I enjoy the song casually, not like crazy about it but it’s cool. The MV is the real artistic part.

Yeah, this is 🔥 to me! I like this song and Holiday by him. But I love this more because of the message, as a queer black male I know exactly how he feels and what this video actually represents and I agree with the message 100%.
