Hello everyone 🤗🌏❣️.

Every day, we see negative news such as natural disasters, riots, and conflicts all over the world, but I pray that everyone is safe 😖🙏.

Well, this time, it's a video I took in the summer of 2023 🌻. I recorded my stomach sounds when I fasted for 5 days, eating only fruit 🍎🥝🍌🍊🍓🫐.

I didn't do a detox (ume-nagashi) at the end, so you can't hear many interesting stomach sounds 🙇‍♀️. However, since I was the thinnest I've ever been, my belly button wasn't crushed by the flesh, which was cute, so I'm sharing it with you all 🐙😂👍.

I sometimes get requests to post videos of my fasting, but my chest would get even flatter, and I'm now concentrating on improving my gastrointestinal function and creating blood, so I haven't been able to do it even once this year 🙇‍♀️. I'm thinking of detoxing my body once after the New Year ✨.

日々世界中で自然災害や暴動・争い事など、ネガティブなニュースを目にしますが、皆さんが無事である事をお祈りしています😖🙏。

さて、今回は2023年の夏に撮影した動画になります🌻。フルーツだけを食べるファスティングを5日間した時の私のお腹の音を録音しました🍎🥝🍌🍊🍓🫐。

最後にデトックス（梅流し）もしなかったので、あまり面白いお腹の音を聞くことはできません🙇‍♀️。ですが、　私が今までで一番痩せていたので、私のおへそが肉で押し潰されていなくて可愛かったので皆さんにシェアします🐙😂👍。

時々ファスティングの動画を投稿してくださいとリクエストを頂くのですが、私の胸が余計に平らになってしまうし、今は胃腸の機能を高めて血を造るのに専念している為、今年は一度もできませんでした🙇‍♀️。お正月明けに1度私の体の中をデトックスしたいと考えています✨。
