I'm probably going to start putting my stuff on a Blogger page, since they seem to have looser content restrictions (I've seen other caption writers constantly uploading hardcore images). Here is that page: https://gregordanielstg.blogspot.com/ It's currently a work in progress.
Also, I'm uploading all my caption content to a Google Drive. I can't really find any better solution to keep so many images organized. Pretty much every other website is terrible for large image collections. You'll find those links at the top of the Blogspot page when they're ready.

If I could make a suggestion, it's to be generous with the tags/labels. Too many is much better than too few.
