I've always enjoyed this idea of the inverse Mommy Makeover style of surgery. Women get mommy makeovers to reverse the effects of age, tighten their skin, and remove unwanted fat.
But if a *young man* gets a Mommy Makeover, he's given the wrinkles, the lumps, the love handles, the stretch marks, and the saggy breasts--all the mileage on the odometer, so to speak.
