v0.10 'Special Forces' Sneak Peek #29 + CoC P4

Hello Special Forces tier, 

I'm here with the final v0.10 sneak peek previews for May, alongside some new Terminal Quickies: Case of Conception illustrations from popsiclebunny. These are to go along with Part 4 of that story, directly following on from this image I've shared previously a couple of times:

I didn't want to hold onto them any longer than I already have, as I'm clearly not going to have the time to finish writing Part 3 (let alone Part 4) of the CoC story any time soon.

I want to squeeze 1 hour of writing into my daily work schedule. Not just to finish this, so we can continue in comic form for Part 5 onward(popsiclebunny's been working on those pages, they'll start getting published once I've finished the story for Part 3 & 4). But to start chipping away at more things like character Bios, the public lore bible, etc. I'll see what I can do there, but for now there's v0.10 is the obvious focus.

There's a new minor character introduced here in these 2 illustrations. Not the random street groper, he's just a throwaway character. But this new Police Officer from the H.C.P.D. (Hardwood City Police Department) who is of course a work colleague of Tiffany, Terry, Juggs, etc.

Dominic Ryker - Age: 28, D.O.B March 8th.

Ryker is a bit of a “problem officer” with a reputation for being cocky & unruly. Not afraid of bending the rules to further his own interests, particularly his carnal ones. Always looking to spice up his “boring” patrol duties with any attractive women he happens to cross paths with while on the beat.

Being an occasional thorn in Chief Juggs’ side, she’s considered suspending him from the force several times, but he’s loyal & useful muscle to have around in the ongoing war against Hardwood’s organized crime groups. Instead, she’s tolerated some of his past behavior & made Captain O’Denning (Her 2nd in command) responsible for keeping Ryker in line.

However, when shit hits the fan, Ryker will always have his fellow officers’ backs. Even if that overzealous spirit does have a tendency to get him into even more trouble.

Introducing him here because he'll have more to give Lara later in the CoC story/comic other that his shirt...

In-fact, with Issue #1 of the Terminal Juggs comic finally coming to a close in the next month or so, you should expect to start seeing some designs for other H.C.P.D. officers who will appear in Issue 2 alongside Ryker here & Lt. Phoebe Fields(brief appearance at the end of the Prologue radio call, haven't designed her body/outfit yet). 

So there's a good chance you'll start to see some polls to help vote on some aspects of those supporting cast members' designs in the not too distant future. Though not until after v0.10 comes out, of course.
