🎬 Content Update
We’ve been planning to roll out 9 episodes a week, in addition to any movies we watch. However, July’s a bit hectic:
-Two team members are away on a business trip for a week,
-Everyone will be on vacation for a week,
-And Carrie is currently recovering from an injury.
We're doing our best to keep content coming and appreciate your patience! Our goal is to kick off the 9-episode schedule starting August — and we’re really looking forward to it!
Lastly, THE POLL. This will be replacing Frieren, so it’ll come much later.

Solo Leveling has a generic story, but the animation is incredible. The strong emphasis on family might appeal to them, though. As for Arcane, I find it to be the most overrated among these options. Predictable storytelling disguised as something deeper than it actually is.

If they are not too invested in slower type shows, then Idk if they will fully enjoy the experience. As a big Monster fan myself thou, if you're the type of person to sink into detective thrillers, I urge you to give it a try. I promise you will treasure the experience.

So I understand Solo's popularity. Also, keep in mind that Solo won the Anime of the year at Crunchyroll anime award (instead of Frieren :)))) and officially confirmed K-Live action (Byeon Woo Seok as Sung Jin-woo - he is popular actor too). Korean people have the best marketing strategy by taking Solo's popularity and controversy as advantage. It will be pretty smart to follow their Hallyu flow. Also, i recommend watching Korean movies like Parasite. It will increase followers for your channel.

If y'all end up enjoying this first season, it might be worth looking in to adding a weekly reaction to the new season as it airs. Could be good for discoverability on YT too, if something big happens and people want to see other people responding to those scenes while they are still fresh in their own minds. The patreon 3 weeks early might diminish that fresh in their minds concept from week to week, but a lot of fans wait for a season to be complete and binge watch it, so if you are releasing regularly, by the time those fans get to their binge watch, your content will already be out there. Just food for thought, only one episode weekly can easily be slid in around other shows.

Plus its a good balance of emotion and action to keep them invested. I think the others on this list are a bit too niche and, for lack of a better word, "anime" for their tastes, Solo Leveling and Re:Zero are definitely not beginner-friendly. Just a heads up in case you want to tell the crew: Arcane has a lot of layers, so it rewards viewers who remember things and pay attention to details with a more immersive experience!

After that in terms of their audience spy x family or Monster but im more on monster. Solo leveling is a good show but not that story heavy. Re:zero is not a starter anime and one punch man would be good if season 2 wasn't that lack luster compared to season 1. I do love all these shows but I only acting based off what I think they would enjoy not what I would enjoy watching most.

I believe Arcane is a show that adults can also consume, the rest, excluding maybe monster, which is also a show with adult tropes, are cool in the sense that the power rangers are cool. Until you are an 'anime' anime fan, then I dont see those other titles being interesting for you. All the animes on this list have a special place in my heart, but yeah, in a pure objective sense arcane is probably the best. Thoughhhh you might get more clicks with the traditional shounens, so idk, but the content thatd come out of arcane would likely be more engaging Spy X Family is adorable, cant hate it ever lol

So I highly recommend trying out “Kaguya Sama: love is war ” because it is an easy to follow comedy with a great English dub(although sub is better). It is very different from what they have seen but also very enjoyable as a comedy with a story and jokes are not childish eggy typical Japanese comedy anime so it is perfect for them. I also think they can also try popular yet new Tv shows or even Kdrama such as “Severance” or things like Squid game

Right now it's prolly the most watched and hyped show + it's the most watched Netflix show of all time. It's fairly short, 19 EP's, each an hour long. It can be a little gory, but the story is extremely interesting and I know you'd prolly like it. The show's last season came out like a week ago and people would LOVE to see (especially) parent's reactions to a show like that. Yall could maybe even start with one episode of all of the suggestions, but I know Squid Game would be an instant hit.

Monster is a classic but I don't know to many who would appreciate it since they have not seen it. One punch is a easy gateway anime with not much to think about. Base on the list I think re:zero offers a good balance for now. But I guess it's up to the voters. Either way I hope you all enjoy your experience!

Spy X Family is a cosy anime. Not too much action but definitely fun. I can see them enjoy it. Arcane is a overall great story, animation and music. No need to know it came from a game since it genuinely well made. OP-Man could be the best fit. Very funny with a lot of action.
