2025-02-24 20:52:44 +0000 UTCThe cult that took her in (which likely would have been an adjacent eldian restorationist group) and elevated or propped her up as a kind of messianic figure would have worshipped the original Ymir (from 2000 years ago); so they named her after Ymir and claimed that she was some sort of reincarnated version of her, probably to exert a certain kind of influence over their members. I don't think she looks that similar to the devil creature. They are both goblin-looking, but the devil has horns and is significantly smaller than Ymir's titan (at least proportionally speaking).

Galliard is an elite teenage soldier who purposefully trained to become a titan so he gets the full potential of the titans powers, while all ymir got was sharp teeth.

And idk if they explained it in the series yet but it is very important for a non Royal blood to get the founding titan or else the cycle of hatred will forever continue I’m pretty sure the series has mention explained by Hange it’s cuz the former kings used the founding titan powers to manipulate every founding titan user will to not use the founding titan’s ability freely that why Freida wanted to do great things will the founding ability but was manipulates but the kings will I have to rewatch it but it went something like that but the kings will manipulation only works for Royal blood. I know they did explain why the king did this once they learn the entire history of Eldians vs Marley.

But you’ll later find out that those 4 years a lot of planning happened. 2. Zeke can only turn them into titans by roaring if they inject them with the spinal fluid 3. Unintelligent titans can only turn back into regular if they eat an intelligent users that’s why subconsciously dumb titans eat humans to hopefully turn back normal. 4. Yes every titan that gets passed down has a different look. That’s why if you watch AoT season 2 opening there are multiple examples of previous beast titan animals. 5. Yes you guys right the reason why we’re getting introduce to a new cast of characters on the other side of the world is to show the propaganda/politics of this world that everyone was brainwashed and manipulated in some way. 6. And I don’t want to spoil but you guys will learn why there are so called good eldians and bad eldians even though they’re the same race but the ppl of marley still view them ALL of them as bad just more tolerable ig that’s why in Eren’s dad backstory you see them getting treated awfully and have to wear arm bands. You will learn the true history of everything and it will all make sense once it’s wrapped up nicely. 7. No eren is the founding titan the coordinate is the founding powers because erens dad ate the founding titan from the Reiss as shown in s3p1 in the crystal cave and eren ate his dad who has both the founding and attack titan. You’ll also learn how this all happened and how his dad was able to get the founding it’ll be much more clear on how he was able to do that. Cuz remember the owl told eren’s dad that his objective is to get the founding titan or else the cycle will keep continuing cuz idk if you guys learned this already or if the series mentioned it cuz i don’t want to spoil but it’s important for a non royal blood like eren’s dad and eren to eat/have the founding titan or else the cycle will keep continuing because of a specific plotted reason.

During the operation to reclaim the Founding Titan, Marley lost two of the Nine Titans (the Female and Colossal Titans). Seeing Marley weakened, their enemies seized the opportunity and declared war. Marley barely won that war, which we saw at the end of the last episode. This conflict revealed that Marley is much weaker than the world believed. They now need time to catch up technologically with other nations, since they’ve mostly relied on the power of the Titans for their military strength. Edit: Eren is the Coordinate and Founding Titan, they are the same thing. The Coordinate is the Founding Titan since all the ''paths'' lead to the Coordinate, aka the Founding Titan. The Founding Titan has the same lifespan as the other Titan shifters. But its power is much greater than any of the other Titans. But only someone with ''Royal blood'' can get the full potential out of the Founding Titan It's a lot to take in. I remember when I first began reading this part in the manga(comic), I had to double-check if I was reading the right manga since this felt like a whole different story.
