Well I think everyone has their own best seiyuu roles, it's just a matter of opinion. For me Death Note is the second best Mamoru Miyano role, Okarin from Steins/Gate wins everything :D Satsuki Yukino was awsome female seiyuu too, (Inuyasha, Fullmetal Panic). But those are series long forgotten by everyone :( Fool from Kaleido Star needs to be mentioned too. Awww.. to tell you the truth I could mention favs forever XD

2025-02-02 19:22:29 +0000 UTCIt's actually NOT a pity. As someone who has watched anime for more than 20 years, mostly sub, I can confirm that older anime have some of the best dubbing out there. Animes which have some of the best dub in history are Bleach, Death Note, and Full Metal Alchemist (2003 version) amongst others. Yeah, newer anime is pretty lame in dub but Death Note can hold on its own with the English actors.

(don't get me wrong i watch sub 95% of the time) but if its between watching in dubbed or not watching it at all definitely watch it in dub. Some info may be lost in translation due to the fact they need to make the dubbing match the mouth movements. But i feel its still better to experience the show in the way you enjoy it then to not experience it at all.

I'm from Poland and I watch original voice and english subs, even though none of them is my native language. But it's for the BEST EXPIERIENCE.
