As requested, a PO-nonbee. Huh? But…why? Well, that aside…you are right, Heigiosa. Something of utmost importance is occurring in that far off location, something that springs the gods themselves into action.
Bees.
So, you know, get yourself some bees, girl. The gods know your Tower needs some.
Anyways!
Will General Rippotis learn the ways of happy bees? Can the Grand Subjugation reach the far off location? Will the High Council discover the matter of utmost importance to the gods occurring in the indicated location? Tune in next time, to find out!

So, why didn't the General talk about his misdion when the question of unusual behavior of the gods was asked?

2024-08-23 15:57:12 +0000 UTCWe just had an army attack the tower and cause the most causulities any fight has had 10ish chapters ago, we are still I'm the clean-up phase.

2024-08-22 22:58:13 +0000 UTCSo, I like that the Council have at least some integrity among them. They may be racist, but at least a few of them aren't being so in service of their own advantage. That said, I'm really feeling the lack of stakes lately. The tower lords are far away, thw hunger waits politely to be called. It's pretty much just slice of life right now. When was the last concerning purification?

2024-08-22 22:41:14 +0000 UTC“We use fire, sulfur if possible, to smoke the bees out, then break apart the hive…General, sir.” So barbaric.

2024-08-22 21:27:35 +0000 UTCBelissar's teacher invented it. And I doubt she was an inventor. It is just one creation and not one that complex. The biggest difficulty is that you need to understand bees enough to know how they would interact with the structure. She probably studied the bees and improved upon the design over time.

2024-08-22 21:18:10 +0000 UTC...considering she's the Oracle-High Councilor...all part of my extensive master plan, of course! (In truth...not precisely planned with the Portuguese word specifically, but her name is based off words in other languages with religious connotation so it is perhaps a natural coincidence.)

2024-08-22 21:00:15 +0000 UTCThank you for the chapter. Now excuse me, HERESY!!! how dare these non-bees destroyed hives. When Rippotis completes the gods of bees task, he gets hammed in the brain with a blueprint of Belissar bee house.

2024-08-22 20:43:12 +0000 UTCHeigiosa having a name so close to the Portuguese word,"religiosa" is a coincidence?

2024-08-22 20:35:20 +0000 UTCThanks for the chapter! The next wave is coming! At least ot seems the one leading this one has a good head on his shoulders, their is a decent chance that he will just attack to avenge his son. But if the council is really trying to fulfill to gods will, well they just need to learn the the god of bees will is for Belissar to build is tower of happy bees and expand the Hive of hives!

2024-08-22 20:34:23 +0000 UTCOkay, cool. Thanks for answering. So that means belissar is an inventor. I imagine that mean he's caught the eye of some technology god on top of the god of bees, fire, and flowers. Lol

2024-08-22 20:28:25 +0000 UTCOracles are generally linked to one god, but that is not a hard restriction necessarily. Belissar and the beekeeper's method were something they came up just in their lifetimes, and since their village was remote and Belissar was being isolated within it they didn't have a chance to spread it further.

2024-08-22 20:26:47 +0000 UTCThank you for the chapter. Loved it, even with the disturbing lack of bees. Lol. Good to get some names for the council. Most of them sound like pricks, I really only like the Oracle and the general. They seem like good down to earth people. Are oracles linked to just one god or can they communicate with multiple? I'm surprised that the general is having so much trouble with building a bee hive, I would have thought that the method belissar used would be spread across the human territory? Or was the old lady that taught belissar someone special?
