We salute you all, brave soldiers. May your stingers pierce all enemies of the hive of hives.

That's a good question I'm definitely not avoiding answering. Because I totally know the answer. Totally. (If I had to make a call, yeah probably between a few hundred and a thousand total)

2024-08-09 21:22:53 +0000 UTCThanks for the chapter! This does raise the question how many "combat" bees does the Hive have? I know we have 8 lancers and 4 bumble soilders, but the sprayers and soilders are a bit more nebulous, though with what you said I'm sure the sprayer to soilder ratio is like 1 to 4. My guess is the total number of combat bees is around a thousand, and that include the probably 50ish wingless soilders. That just what I have been imagining and trying to get rough estimates make my brain go brrrrr.

2024-08-09 20:19:32 +0000 UTCThank you for the chapter. Loved it. All the perk options were great. Bee breeder would help in the long run, hopefully that shows up again soon. Swarming soldiers should allow them to do more purifications and grow even stronger. Faster bees is cool but seems like the lesser choice at the moment. Since the chosen perk includes variants of the bee soldier it should affect the bumblebee soldier and the different elemental soldiers. I wonder when we'll get some variety bumblebee queen? That'd be cool. Belissar could cuddle with a burning bumblebee soldier if he ever has to go somewhere cold. And with how big the bumblebee soldier are imagine a bumblebee lancer. Could belissar ride one? That'd be so cool.

2024-08-09 20:15:42 +0000 UTCDefinitely a good perk. Though I think the general speed boost might be better overall. It would also let the gatherers gather more, the scouts scout faster and reduce the travel time of all the bees. And apparently it would speed up all bee features. Which would probably include things like honey production and even trap activation speed.
