BD - Chapter 126 - Divine Bee-sires (Removed for KU)
Added 2024-06-14 20:05:00 +0000 UTCAuthor’s Note:
…so. It turns out that bees can get drunk and that the symptoms are surprisingly close to a human’s, though with some increased aggression and some additional symptoms similar to pesticides. But it also turns out that there’s an additional reason you should never ever get a bee drunk besides the physical effects. Only saw a handful of sources on this and few of them official but apparently guards bees will execute drunk bees upon their return to the hive. So, um, yeah. No mead for the bees until Belissar has a talk with them all. And well, if the bees aren’t getting any than neither are the non-bees!
Bees take no tolerance to a new level, huh…welp, guess the God of Bees feels differently? We’ll see, I guess…
Anyways!
How will the gardeners impact the Tower? How will Belissar’s bees react to mead? What will the God of Bees do with all that mead? Tune in next time, to find out!

2024-06-15 07:04:53 +0000 UTCThanks for the chapter. Loved. Yay, the Gardners are here. They're gonna be an amazing help. We might even get some slimes since they told the 1st of the 5th to hold off on collecting from the slime flower. The gods demand mead. Let's get the gods drunk so they give us even better blessings. Lol. Fire Mana mead sounds like it's gonna be spicy. And back into the underway. I hope the karnuq can handle what or who ever is prepping to ambush them. We don't have an army of digger soldiers to come to their rescue. At the same time if they thought to bring the stone shaper they should be fine. Earth magic while underground is terrifying. Can't wait for the next chapter.

Beeees!
2024-06-14 20:21:50 +0000 UTCAs an aside, since this is the first time God of Bees has had a tower and a consistent stream of authority, does this mean that this is the first time someone had made mead using monster bee mana honey? I can't imagine a normal farmer acquiring enough mana flowers to grow and maintain a full hive, and I can't imagine the nobles having the foresight to create a bee type tower. *Edit* Sorry, having the foresight to make a bee type tower for the mead.
