Slime flower get! Which…could actually have ended badly if the monster bees were like normal bees, because apparently sometimes honeybees will bite flowers to take the nectar directly without going through the normal pollen business. Which, um, wouldn’t end well with these flowers. But it’s ok, the First of the Fifth is wise enough not to intentionally damage the flowers just for a bit of convenience! Why, that would make her as wasteful as the dangerous karnuq, so she would never!
Well, once her mind starts working again. She…just needs a moment after the latest words from the King.

Is there anything preventing us from cross pollinating flowers that have been already cross-pollinated? Like we could mix the slime flower with the rose bushes and have a slime spawner in the first room that doubles as a sticky trap if the shade tries to destroy the barracks. I can't wait to see the first slime. They're typically pretty cute in my imagination. Lol. Are they a particular color? Also, can we affect the types of slimes that spawn if we add stuff to the slime? Like it's probably also a potion ingredient so that's a thing. Lol. The way I imagine it slime tend to be blank canvas at the start but start adapting to what they "eat/absorb" thus getting different types of slimes like rock slimes, poison slimes, fires slimes, etc. Lol. I imagine it would have either an amplification effect or a bonding effect in options. Either latching onto one part of the recipe and enhancing that or getting troublesorn and volatile ingredients to more safely blend. Tho I imagine it's also possible that we get something like "potion" slimes from the experimentation. Can't wait to read the next chapter
