Also the hero paradox. to lose a hero would be devastating. Yet risking themselves is what made them heroes in the first place. If only he was more like bees who had communers.

I don't really care at all about the humans. If the empire fell I would probably consider it a good thing. And if belissar ever discovered that this general thinks that the self-sacrificing bees would make good examples he might kill the man with his own two hands. This general doesn't seem worthy of the blessing of bees. Hmph. Lol. I wanna see some beastkin den master get the mission from the gods. They would respect bees more. Probably.
