BD - Chapter 104 - Bee-lazing Battle (Removed for KU)

Author’s Note:

…the non-bees did something. The non-bees did something that…the bees couldn’t? It can’t be…that’s impossible!

Oh, the non-bee only succeeded thanks to bee honey? Ah, there we go. I knew the non-bees couldn’t do anything without the help of bees! So, really, in the end, it was the bees all along.

In fact…you could say this was all thanks to the First of the Fifth, and entirely her victory! As expected! Her favor only grows!

Anyways!

What will be the results of this purification? Can the non-bees do anything without bee help? How much favor will the First of the Fifth receive for this victory? Tune in next time, to find out!

While I will not give a definite answer on the exact nature of the Hunger or how aware it is at this time, I will state this: The Hunger is not a passive threat.

AEgamer1

Am I correct in assuming that the Hunger outside the tower got pissy from all of the repeatedly successful purifications he was doing, and then finally spent some of its resources to do this?

Bryan

If only Belissar had gone with a new monster choice...

AEgamer1

If only they had an obsessive alchemist with a knack for spontaneous combustion and some sort of plant or liquid that's highly combustible...

AEgamer1

Gasp, are you accusing me of being in bee-nial?!

AEgamer1

Whoa! Sounds like his room has a new feature: roasted turtle.

J S

I can't wait to see the rewards from this purification.

TheLostGolem

What was that I said a number of chapters ago? Something about Beethereal Soldiers and ArtilleBees?

BelligerentGnu

Lmao. Loved the chapter. Thank you for writing it. As expected the bees we're unfortunately ineffective. But chief Rohsuak was highly effective. Lol. Very cool. I wonder if the bees could make grenades with the bees alchemist's help. Like a thin wax ball separating two or three volatile ingredients that react when combined. Like fire Mana honey and cinder flower petals. We'd get bee-nades and the karnuq could throw them at shades. The bees could also drop them from high above too. And that's just one combination, add something like oil or some other undiscovered item and we could make lots of different bombs. Would have been a good alternative to the shooting star that the chief used. And can belissar make the pits bigger. Like maybe gather the ones he has together for one big obstacle? If they one fit the leg of the baddie they might become obsolete against future baddies.

Fernando Oliveira

Note just conveniently ignoring she did not need honey to do this in her prime. Also the bees are not going to be happy about this fight.
