Thank goodness the bees had it covered. Could you imagine if Belissar had made a spawner for…non-bees? What sort of a Tower is filled with non-bees?
What’s that? Some sort of urgent message? Haha that’s impossible we all know this is a slow-life with bees novel, so there’s definitely nothing that could go wrong…right?

Could they use the wolfmoles like hunting dogs, exploring the tunnels. They hav communication between all residents of tower.

2024-04-18 16:06:55 +0000 UTCA strong honeybee colony typically has between 30-100 thousand bees in peak months with the limiting factor being the queens ability to lay enough eggs to replace the workers as they die off. Since the workers dying off isn't an issue (I think?) The limiting factor would be honey production, which is also taken care of. If there is some kind of monsterized version of the small hive beetle, there might be justification for moles, since the beetles young pupate in the soil underneath the hives. The moles could be used to take care of those. Other than that, more colonies is an obviously better choice.

The new monster seem interesting but not worth while right now. Maybe later when he has more rooms and floors. They may make good labor animals and even help extend the expeditions underground. Digger bees!!! Awesome. I wonder what a digger soldier will be like? Maybe they'll dig into the enemy? More piercing than poison? IDK. Lol. Can't wait to see where you take this.
