Ah, yes. All according to the First of the Fifth’s plan! Her daughter is reaching her sky-high goals and the Fourth of the Seventh is offering her own resources to assist her! Clearly all is going in the way of the most favored queen, and there definitely won’t be any unforeseen consequences to this! Definitely not!
As, um, a side note, any suggestions on naming scheme for the descendants? First of the First of the Fifth or First of the Fifth’s First already sound unwieldy and will get even worse with subsequent generations, but couldn’t think of anything shorter that wouldn’t get confusing as of yet.
...maybe it’s time for Belissar to start naming the others...

But those are gonna become quite cumbersome I guess, but at this point we know then by their current designations we'll and it may be confusing if it's switched. Going numerical like others have suggested may be good as their names will become more like symbols and easily recognizeable while still maintaining the same designation as now. Also I'm really starting to get interested in a normal workers POV. I feel like we've had queen and soldiers except Niobe. And they're the ones actually building and doing and seeing and talking and developing the emerging culture of the hive of hives. Really show just how much, or little?!, Power their queens really have over them

(And it would lose the alien naming sense of the bees and make them sound more like humans) But maybe Belizar could give titles to the important ones that have done exeptional deeds ?
