…Princess Caecila has no idea what she’s done. As far as the Empire is concerned, NSLICE-00P is just a really good mage. The Grimoire of Arofinas Leolar contains all sorts of knowledge and spells, but manually applying that to one’s practical spellcasting would take a lot of effort, study, and practice, even for a senior mage.
A good way to give her something she wants without accidentally granting her immediate unspeakable power, so that they have time to solidify their relationship with her.
Because not even the Sun Elf Archons can just glance at a magic circle they’ve never seen before and immediately cast it. That would just be ridiculous.

By the way, did you increase the hangar size for the now much lager bear yet...? :) I think we'll need a 3D model of that hangar to verify that the monsters/animals are kept in a proper environment as is the law, or if you are keeping them caged in tiny cells! Only humans are allowed to be kept in tiny cells (cubicles and small but expensive apartments).
