Spatial magic is hard. I’d explain why it’s hard, but I’d need an in-depth understanding of physics to do that. And physics is hard.
I mean, physics isn’t hard for NSLICE-00P I guess, but they’re hard for the magic circles, so the magic circles are complicated. Like, super complicated. Like super super complicated.
I mean, she’s super good at magic, but she’s only really used basic elements and shapes so far, so like, can you just slot ‘Space’ into a bolt spell? Well I get to decide the answer to that question and the answer is no!
It’s definitely not just because I’m not sure if I’m ready for 00P to be teleporting around just yet!

Transfer and dungeon implants also don't utilize magic circles to be analyzed, so it's hard to determine the exact mechanisms. I suppose hypothetically she could attempt to analyze the energy readings but manipulating mana via magic circles to match those readings could be difficult if she doesn't have a starting point. It does count for something though...the base price of say Ateia looking at spatial magic would be...interesting to say the least. my current idea is that spatial magic circles are extremely complex given the amount of information and safeguards they need to process to avoid really screwing things up, and that the skill might also be specifically restricted due to the potential for large scale consequences of said screwups. But eh, an argument could be made for 300. Maybe 200 if we stretch but that's close enough to her current points that I'd have to think carefully about the plan instead of winging things so....
