I think she is a hardcore sadist as Tina Majors wrote her. Its not so much that she is getting off on HIM its here getting off on the power she has in her. She needs money and has been feeling down on herself. This moment is her regaining her own personal self esteem by realizing that she is STILL a powerhouse.. So in a sense it's not about HIM. She might also just be being horny and masturbating he just so happens to be there. It's still dominant in my opinion. He may be lucky enough to be in the presense of it, but she gives so little concern to him its kind of funny to me.
