Trainer be working me hard, didn't expect this amount of pain, but also pain relief, finally managed to sleep proper since November🥲
Gonna have bloody abs if they keep this up xD
Also love how they keep saying, we're going nice with you, you just wait until week 5... now I'm afraid what happens week 5, but also intrigued...
