Hey groovers,

Hope you’re all well and enjoying the summer so far! Between Glasto, balmy evenings in your favourite pub garden and the promise of sunburn, it’s set to be a lovely few months ahead (I think Boris being bumped might have improved my outlook a bit?).

Anyway, it’s been a busy few weeks for Matt and myself, between new jobs, life admin, time off and, indeed, enjoying the OUTSIDE WORLD. Mad tings. My work has been very absorbing, but I get to put requests in for cool reading material relevant to my research which is nice (see main post image).

What’s on the cards for RoD? Next up is a double-header discussion on my favourite Doctor Who story of all time, ‘The Curse of Peladon’, and a chat about the 60s Dalek movies! Then in Ep31 we’ll taking a look at the Series 4 story ‘The Doctor’s Daughter’, seeing as all the 60th coverage has been SCREAMING 2008 in everybody’s faces.

At the moment, Ep32 is a bit up in the air, but in a really exciting way. We’re due to record another live RoD at the start of August which everyone will be able to tune in to as it happens. That’s all we can say for now, but it’s a really cool platform for the podcast and we’re going to do some fun things for it.

Then we’re due for another interview I reckon. Another big mover and shaker within the wider Doctor Who family and a feature that has been a long time coming for Matt’s channel generally…

Our lips are sealed (with plastic!) for now but we’ll bring you more news and exclusives when we can. Hope you’ve all enjoyed the recent Patreon bits and pieces - we’re still working out a good system for putting out a decent product for you guys especially, but we’re getting somewhere I think. You may have also noticed all of your names scrolling across the bottom of the screen on the video version at the start of our 60th Anniversary chat in the last episode - that’s a few perk available to everyone from now on! 😁
