A 'lee being tied up so thoroughly they can barely move, strapped down nice and snug so they can't shuffle an inch to escape the unrelenting tickles...
OR
A 'lee being tied up just enough to keep them from protecting themselves, but lightly enough for them to wriggle and thrash and feel a false sense of freedom, only for it to be shattered by the torturous tickles they can't escape, no matter how much they pull and tug~
