MOD UPDATE - BMW E36 pack - phase 2

work on the mod continues, now comes another variation of M3s and fixes for all models that were already released in version 0.85
Phase2 - new cars
- BMW 3 (E36) M3 CSL
- BMW 3 (E36) M3 EVO
- BMW 3 (E36) M3 GT
Phase1 - fixes and update
- Interior C pillar (see through) all models
- fuel indicator cant show less than 15L all models
- exterior plastic textures and shader (at sunlight show different colors) all models
- AI - all models
SORRY fuel indicator is bad too .... I try fix it asap

I have E46 almost ready, but there will be only widebody (M3, M3 CSL, and some track versions), I havent narrower base body, but I try edit wide body and make narrower body from this .... I'll try, but there's no guarantee it will looks right.
