"soundscape" + artbook cover

i cleaned up an old sketch i had for the cover of the artbook im putting together! i had originally planned to have it ready for TFF, but it ended up taking a little too long. in the end i didnt want to rush things and decided to pull back on getting it out asap.

i think theres some adjustments i want to make to the cover layout and the interiors, so it'll probably be awhile longer before i get it out. it's going to be a collection of b&w art from the last year or two--theres a few things in it from my old zines, but the vast majority is stuff thats never been printed.

its likely going to be in the 72ish page range, and 8.5x11. the biggest book ive ever made! zines are fun but im ready for something bigger. i anticipate doing a preorder for it because im not sure what the demand is going to be, which i might run alongside a preorder for a restock on my bite risk tshirt that desperately needs one. im not sure exactly when i will get these preorders out, some time in may is probably a good estimate? soon!

as for other updates ive been so busy and distracted with con prep and organization. im mostly done i think, its not something i want to over prep for because theirs no gurantee im going to get a table. i think theres a policy where if you dont get a table on friday/saturday youre guranteed and sunday table but im not positive on how that works or if sunday is much good for sales but we'll see!

i havent had much time for personal art and i fear the comic pages will be delayed again, but im going to be putting work into them between now and the 1st when ill have to go back to commissions. thanks for bearing with a slight slowdown in art while i mad dash around irl!
