I love creating a space where I can talk openly and honestly about sexuality with my patients. For so many of us, fears and anxieties around sex get bottled up, creating significant distress and angst in our lives. But when we start talking about it, everything changes.
Sallie Foley was right: Talking about sex WILL change the world. It enriches our lives in profound ways, from building confidence to fostering healthy, consensual, and respectful relationships.
