Extra Traces of Tracer

As you can see it seems like Tracer from Overwatch has been frozen, but for some reason that also has some extra effect? I don't really know why, it just sort of happened I guess :V
But it should be quite obvious she'll have a harder time than usual when running.
The title is bad, I know, that was my fault.
