Finishing the update for the model

Added Pose Library, adjusted the weights on the clothes for the rig. Also added bones to control the Jacket.
It would be interesting to know what you would like to see in the updated version that didn't occur to me.

It'd be cool to have alternate feet with more paw-like digi feet!
