Fabius is the leader of a mysterious and evil cult known as Apeiron who has returned after their defeat by the Laconians centuries ago. As meticulous as he is intelligent, Fabius is a dangerous enemy who seeks to take the Odyssey for himself and twist the fate of Elysium to conform to his own twisted views of perfection. He is a faithful servant to his god, a Deoxys known as Dio, the Lord of Change.
