Regional Huntail and Gorebyss

Basically a rework of their designs because I hated how the official ones look, especially Gorebyss with its fish bras. I also believe that they were originally planned to have secondary typings as per the trivias on Bulbapedia and I want to reflect that in their new designs.

I always thought it was weird to give a fish, let alone an eel-like one, a shell bra. This design is way better imo.
