Alvilda Destroying Enemies

Hey guys,

We have been working a lot on the AI, so friendly characters can attack enemies of certain factions and depending on the NPC friendly damage is on/off. Most of the times when they attack in groups we turn off the friendly damage.

There are changes to how enemies are detected and prioritized, in case there are more than 1 targets around. 

Some characters were more complex than the others and required a couple of transitions to work. As an example you can see on the video above Alvilda is switching 3 states: "Friendly" to "Draw weapon" to "Combat" while some characters hold their swords all the time and just go from "Idle" to "Combat".

By default the characters will pick the closest alive enemy, but we also have to make sure that if you attack an enemy first it will attack you instead of its closest enemy (maybe Alvilda will be closer to him).

A couple of things could be added after we get feedback, for example if two characters are fighting and you deal a lot of damage to one of them, it should switch its attack target to you. Also you might have noticed none of the characters on the video above were playing the dodge animations, so that's next on the list.

These systems will be very helpful moving forward with the game. Let us know if you have any suggestions!
