The Great Linkage lies within the branches of Yggdrasil, an infinite canopy of worlds and realities from which all eight forms of magic flow. The nature of infinity means that there is not only an infinite number of permutations of every single person who has, did, will and can exist, but there is an infinite number of copies of each permutation. Far from the Great Linkage, there lies versions of those whom I seek to chronicle who live far more modern, urbane lives.

Nyx is the worst kind of employee. Utterly horrible to her coworkers yet too valuable to entrench. She seems to take to being especially harassing to the IT department. Her "jokes" don't result her getting hot coffee in the face when she says them there and there are some nerds down there who will grope, suck and fuck her without causing a hassle. But most are well aware of the golden rule of office romance: don't stick your dick in the mean girl just because she's an easy lay.
