Nothing too different from the usual process, exception made maybe for the line, which is made without the pen pression. Believe it or not, but it is quite harde to ink that way... You have to be more precise and careful than with the usual technique.
I also tried to blend diffuse and concrete shadows sometimes (on the nail polish for example) if I find it necessary.
