In the early 1970's during the die down of the hippie generation and the Vietnam war, the LGBT community was still in its unorganized infancy. Hate crimes were at an all-time high and rarely enforced.

Governments from all countries worldwide were noticing gradually increasing numbers of both transgender males and an increase in the birth rate of females as well as. Same-sex relationships were on the rise.

The world's governments shared in the agreement to not share this information with the general population. The information was kept top secret, known only to the very highest levels of politicians,

less than 500 people in the world were aware of this fact.

The men in power could see the trend growing every year. More and more females were being born. Newborn males were either becoming more violent or showing signs of criminal behavior. Others were becoming more passive, leaning towards being gay, bisexual, and transgender.

The world's governments worked in secret to try to avert these alarming trends.

The entire time the world's governments combated this trend the equal rights movement began gaining ground. As women across the world became more independent, educated, and powerful other minorities took their own similar movements

By the 1990s, the women's movement and minority movements were in full swing. The world's governments were still predominantly controlled by men and were slowly losing their grasp on their power.

Hate crimes against women and the LGBT community were largely ignored, and violent crime was at an all-time high. The AIDS outbreak in the 1980's slowed the LGBT movement but it didn't stop it. In fact, a great amount of sympathy strengthened their resolve.

As the population of men slowly shrunk, women assumed more and more powerful positions in society. By the time the COVID-19 pandemic hit almost 20% of Worlds governments were controlled by women.

By the year 2027, almost 30% of the world's leaders were women. During this time, The LGBTQIA community formed its very own political party. Women from every political party around the world supported The LGBTQIA community.

The leadership of men had failed. Crime was rampant in countries all over the world. Men everywhere were resorting to violent behavior in desperate acts to retain power. Multiple wars were raging in countries everywhere.

The war on drugs, the war on terror, and civil wars in Europe, Asia, Africa,, and South America. Eastern Europe was engulfed in war. Russia, Ukraine, and Serbia. Israel was at war with Syria and Iran.

The Armed Forces of the United States was spread so thin they implemented the Draft for the first time since Vietnam.

UN peacekeepers were being annihilated on all fronts.

By 2028, the planet was overpopulated with almost 14 trillion people. Less than 6 trillion were men. More than 1 trillion men were incarcerated in countries all over the world. The murder, rape, and hate crimes were up over 500% from pre-pandemic numbers. One-third of all men over 15 years old in the US had some form of a violent crime on their record.

The worldwide prison system couldn't house the amount of criminals that were poured into the system. The world economy was close to a worldwide collapse. Food, water, and basic medical care were in short supply for many countries around the world.

Things had to change. They did.

In an exhaustive and intense election campaign in 2028, the Women's Independent political party,, backed by the LGBTQIA, ran for office in multiple countries all over the world. Over 40% of the Women's Independent political party won.

In the United States, England, Germany, and France were majority ruled by Women's Independent political party and members of the LGBTQIA political parties.

Using their country's combined medical knowledge and technology and their creative skills, they revamped their laws for cruel and unusual punishment and developed realistic Medical solutions.

The women leaders commissioned studies to determine the uptick in violence that most men were displaying. Medical studies were performed separately in the four countries. In dozens of different universities and independent labs.

All the studies came to the same conclusion. Testosterone! Testosterone in men has mutated slowly over the last 100 years. While men made less testosterone today than men 100 years ago, it was more concentrated.

It was also found that the hypothalamus in males had increased in size by more than 20% in their brains. This caused the brain to retain Testosterone and adrenaline for longer periods. This made males far more aggressive, more easily prone to violence, and far less likely to use logic.

Studies also revealed that this condition was hereditary to their male offspring as well. More than 100 thousand men, mostly prisoners and males between the ages of 14 and 50. Males of all races were studied.

These four nations decided on a radical plan of punishing criminals and population control. They also came up with alternative solutions to combat the increased aggressive behavior the males were subjected to. The science couldn't be argued. The behavior wasn't entirely their fault.

Care was also needed for the victims of the violence that plagued humanity. This problem is global and without a comprehensive solution, civilization wouldn't survive.

They started with caring for the victims. This would increase support for the new laws, future treatments, and Infrastructure that would be needed.

All rape victims would have free healthcare, including a free abortion option. If the baby was born was born male, the baby would be raised as a girl and never to be treated as a boy. Upon the boy's entry into puberty, the boy's sperm would be harvested and frozen.

The boy would be castrated and given Female hormones. On their 18th birthday, they would be given full Gender reassignment surgery. The surgery would include all surgical procedures to make the male into a female.

All males that were convicted of rape and hate crimes against any woman, LGBTQIA member, or minority would be castrated and transformed into pre-op transgender females.

Due to the vast number of men and the exorbitant cost of incarceration, all males were forced to pay higher taxes than women.

Men who didn't want to pay the tax increases were given the option to be castrated at no expense to them. All men over the age of 30 would have to pay the increased taxes unless they chose castration. The taxes were based on income. Even the wealthiest men couldn't escape the testicle tax.

Congressional and parliament governments almost unanimously passed the law. Prime misters, Chancellors, and the president signed the law into effect almost immediately.

The majority of halfway houses around the countries were remodeled, and renovated to transition centers for the newly transitioning prisoners before re-entering society

Males who wanted to transition to females were offered full government-sponsored transition and all expenses paid. All men over 30 to 55 years old were required to pay the taxes or register for Orchiectomy surgery.

If you registered for Orchiectomy surgery and there was a waiting list you didn't have to pay the additional taxes while you waited for surgery.

All males married before the age of 30 would not have to pay taxes if they were trying to have children. Men who bore only girls would be allowed to keep their testicles tax-free until the children graduated college or turned 30, whichever came last.

Women leaders worldwide worked tirelessly with Big Pharma and Healthcare corporations to come up with a realistic government-sponsored healthcare system that everyone could afford.

It was decided during these talks that requiring males to have their balls removed would be very cost-effective and greatly reduce future costs for men's healthcare.

Prescription Testosterone pills and injections would be very cheap and easy to monitor the level of the hormones to help curb aggression that most men were experiencing.

The maximum age for any man to keep his testicles was 40 years old.

The LGBTQIA community was as unified as ever. Most countries were almost split 50/50 with female and LGBTQIA political parties. Gay and pre-op transgender women were allowed to keep their until the age of 40, provided they they didn't have more than one child with a woman.

Like everyone else, they could have a second child if the first child died before they could bear a child of their own.

All young males born from now would be dressed and raised as girls. All aggressive sports would become female-only participation. Young males from now on would only be allowed to participate in swimming, Cheerleading, Volleyball, and track and field.

Ballet and gymnastics would become mandatory physical education for all boys in school. All boys were to be fitted with chastity cages on their 12th birthday. All young males were required to have their ears pierced by the age of ten, two pairs minimum.

All young males were allowed to have their ears pierced multiple times if they wanted to, the same as girls do.

Young males were put on medication specifically designed to stop body hair growth. Breaded and hairy men became a thing of the past. Hair loss for males was a thing of the past now.

Young males had the option for nasal piercings at age 10. At 14 could choose to have their naval pierced. Young males were not allowed to wear pants or conventional male undergarments of any kind.

All young males above the age of 12 were required to wear bras and panties at all times! Body piercings weren't mandatory but it was highly encouraged genital piercings were not allowed until the age of 18.

Any young male who displayed aggressive behavior would be prescribed Spiro to block testosterone production.

The young male's hair had to be a minimum of shoulder length. Young males were also monitored psychologically from the age of 2 until 25.

Any young male who decided at the age of 12 to transition was allowed to transition to female and would receive SRS surgery on their 18th birthday. The transitioning males would be allowed to freeze their sperm for the future.

Boys who desired to be girls from an early age were evaluated very closely and, with psychological and parent or legal guardian approval, could begin transitioning at age 12 before puberty.

Girls were allowed to wear jeans and pants as well as skirts and dresses if they liked. Girls were allowed to date both boys and girls. Girls would now be the leaders in the relationship with boys.

As more and more women assumed power throughout the world in large corporations and government. Wars started to end, and conflicts ended. The tide was finally shifting to peace.

It was a slow progression but the results were undeniable. An all-out effort was made to start with the prison population first. Sex offenders of all convictions were offered the choice of continued sentences, castration, or transition.

Government-sponsored birth control centers everywhere were now offering free castration surgery. The castration surgery was referred to as tranquility treatment.

Any male who volunteered for tranquility treatment has the option to transition in the future at no expense.

Unemployment was still a problem worldwide. Prostitution was made legal, and healthcare services monitored all sex workers just like the Health department monitored the food service industry.

Birth rates began to drop. Crime rates began dropping. Prison overcrowding slowed down. Very slowly the world economy began to bounce back. With less war and crime all countries could start rebuilding their infrastructure and serve their people.

Conflicts in worn-torn countries were now building industries and no longer needed Peacekeepers and foreign militaries to maintain stability.

The Amish and Medinite Communities were in an uproar over the new laws. They took their case to the Supreme Court in countries all over the world.

An exception was made to their community due to the lack of violence and the very limited contact they had with modern society.

It was also stipulated that anyone who left their community or was convicted of any crime would be subject to the Gender Laws, which also meant children who were sent out to live in modern society, even temporarily for any reason, had to register with local and federal governments. Compliance was Mandatory, with no exceptions.

In 2035 The UN held a world leaders conference. The main topic was gender Identity. The Identity of an individual was no longer determined by the sex organs the person possessed. Gender was now determined by a person's mindset.

Gender Identity could be identified as follows. Male, female, Sissy, Eunuch, Transgender, trans male or trans woman. Both transgender males and females could call themselves male or female.

By the year 2040, even the Persian and Arab nations began to conform to the new world order of things. Over ten years of trade embargos and sanctions had taken their toll.

With the world in a state of peace and coexistence and the world economy growing stronger. These male-ruled countries were being seen as backward and barbaric, especially when it came to other genders besides males.

China was another country that had a problem getting on board. Their reputation for squashing basic human rights was well documented. Over 190 countries implemented sanctions and embargos. By 2042, China was another full-fledged member of the current new world order.

Violent Crime laws were rewritten and made to deal with violence more directly. They applied equally to everyone. However, there were exceptions.

Males and those with male genitals were rarely violent anymore. Women, on the other hand, while not as violent by nature, are more obvious than ever before. Examples and standards had to be set.

Organized Crime worldwide changed to female leadership. The smart ones went legitimate, but several organizations didn't and ended up paying a very heavy price!

Spouse abuse of males was dealt with harshly. Especially those who had completed tranquility treatment. Women were treated like men were treated in the past for punishment. First-time offensive meant 2000 hours of community service as a prostitute.

Prostitution was considered a legitimate business now. Sex work of all varieties was not the deeply dark secret it once was. Laws implemented to protect sex workers. The penalties were harsh!

Multiple Religious dominations were in a huge uproar over the reorganization of Society as a whole. Catholic, Muslim, and Jewish Faith were among the loudest.

All their protesting was put to rest when governments brought up the multiple fact-based accounts of their combined history of war, violence, and crimes against humanity especially the treatment of women as second-class citizens and the LGBTQIA community and minorities worldwide. Child molestation was another factor used against them.

Religious Faith wasn't being rewritten. However, leadership and rules to treat everyone as equal were demanded. Those leaders who were male and had freely chosen a life of Chastity would now be living in a chastity cage as a sign of their faith. All male religious leaders who chose Chastity would be paying the testicle tax.

Other faiths that recognized Marriage had to abide by the same laws or be placed in chastity or submit to tranquility treatment. No one was truly immune to the new laws. All faiths had to recognize and welcome everyone to their faith equally now.

Shunning a person because they don't identify as straight male or female was no longer an option for any faith. Any religion that shunned someone for race, identity, sex, or because they were a part of the LGBTQIA community. Any church or faith that shunned anyone for any reason besides criminal would lose their state and federal tax status

Religious beliefs were honored, but the rights of everyone overruled the religious rules for the protection of the individual male or female.

My name is Ronny Scott. This is the world I grew up in. I lost both of my parents to COVID-19 in 2032. I was 14 years old at the time. My only living relative was my mother's sister-in-law Aunt Vanessa.

She was a 19-year-old college student. She lived in a small apartment off campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and attended the University of Michigan. It was about a fifteen-minute drive from my parent's home.

Vanessa is a very intoxicatingly beautiful woman. She was 5 feet, 10 inches tall. She was very shapely and had the blackest hair I'd ever seen. She has hypnotic Green eyes that could see through you.

She was the kind of woman most men would kill to be with. My Aunt Vanessa is also pre-op transgender. It was late spring of 2032 when my parents died. Aunt V stayed with me all summer.

Aunt V lost her parents to COVID-19 18 months before mine, we were both orphans.

She had to start school again. She was on an academic scholarship and couldn't afford to quit.

My parents weren't rich by any stretch, but the house was paid for and they did leave me with a million dollar life insurance benefit. They had two cars in the garage that were also paid for. I was very fortunate that my parents didn't have a lot of debt when they died.

I didn't want to move and certainly couldn't live with three college girls. Aunt V didn't come from money either. She had a driver's license but no car.

When Aunt V and I went to family court, the judge was ready to put me into the Foster care system.

Did I mention how intelligent my Aunt V is?

She presented a plan to the judge to take care of me allowing me to go to my local school and her still attending school. Aunt V broke down the plan with the judge and the lady from family services.

As it turned out the state of Michigan was already overloaded with orphaned children from the pandemic ten years ago.

The judge and the family services lady decided that this was a solid plan provided Aunt V and I could maintain the minimal standards for foster care.

Aunt V was made my legal guardian and issued a budget for supporting me. A budget of 1500 dollars a month. Monthly and spot inspections would be conducted without warnings.

Aunt V and I were given a handbook of the requirements and guidelines we had to follow.

That very afternoon after court, Aunt V drove my mother's Chevy Traverse to her apartment, and we packed up everything, and she officially moved into my house.

I let Aunt V have the master bedroom. I didn't want it and I was too lazy to move my things. Besides she was my aunt and foster mother. Plus a woman like her needs her own space.

We had 8 weeks before we started school and I was still mourning the loss of my parents. I wasn't as close to my dad as much as either of us would like.

He was a good father and provider for us. But he worked all the time. He was an Accountant by trade. He was always very careful with money. He always said, "You only get one chance with money!"

I was very close to my mother. She had blonde hair and blue eyes like I do. She was very beautiful My father and I told her that all the time. My mom used to joke with me about how if I'd been born a girl I would be just as pretty as she is.

Truth be told I often wished I was a girl. That way, I could practice hair, makeup,, and nails with my mom. Like most young boys, I would always try sneak peeks at my mom when she was getting dressed up to go out with my dad. 

Things being what they were it was going to take time to settle the estate. There was a huge backlog for death certificates and dying from COVID-19 in 2032 didn't help. All COVID-19 deaths had to be investigated. 

I found my mom's bank account username and password in her makeup table and started moving money into my account. I always kept the transfers under one thousand dollars, to not set up any red flags. I'd been doing it all spring and summer paying for the utilities and streaming services. 

I did go a little crazy and bought myself a new gaming computer and 4 screen setup. But with my first year of high school starting, I wanted to be ready. I went to a private school and the expectations were very high. I was prepared. 
Three days after Vanessa moved in we got several boxes delivered and a very large envelope from the US Department of Health and Human Services. It was addressed to my parents. 

I told Aunt V about it and she said go ahead and read it and she would be there soon to review it. I read through the documents and the forms. I couldn't believe what I was reading! I read through it three times. 

I showed Aunt V, and she read through it twice quietly. I saw her grab a highlighter and mark several items in the documents. There was a number to call to set up a consultation. There was also a list of things I would have to do before arriving. I also had to bring my social security card and birth certificate. 

What exactly does this mean? I asked. I had an idea already, I'd been watching the news. I just didn't think it would happen so fast. I stayed quiet as Aunt V was thinking about what to say to me. 

Let's get an appointment and see how everything goes first she said. 

Aunt V called the number and we got an appointment for Monday morning the following week. That gave us six days to get ready. 

Well, kiddo! I might be reading it wrong, but I doubt it! You are going to have to dress as a girl for the foreseeable future! Fortunately for you, I know exactly what to do! 

The first question I have for you is, How much money do you have on hand? 

A little over 20 thousand dollars. 

20 Grand! Where did you get all that money? She asked.

I've been using my mother's access to the joint accounts and slowly deposited in my account. 
That's pretty clever for a fourteen-year-old boy! She said.

I know but the bills had to be paid. Besides I still haven't received the life insurance check from the insurance company yet. I said.
