Look who's here! If it's Wonder Woman herself! Said Anita!
The girls started laughing! I laughed too!
I wish! I said.
Let's get started! Said, Cheryl!
Ree, you want to lead us? Asked Cheryl.
Let's do this!. I said. We practiced together until after 5 pm. We had a great time. I was initially worried about all of us practicing together. But it worked out great. There were 20 of us girls.
No one fought or bullied anyone. We worked our asses off! I was a little sore at the end, but I started doing some post-exercise stretching. The other girls saw Lexi and Emma stretching and joined us.
We practiced like this for the next three weeks together. On my weekends I spent most of my time doing my homework in the late morning and early afternoon. John and I always had Saturday afternoons and evenings together.
He was just as busy as I was. John wanted an academic scholarship to college. He had a few offers already but they were for football. John said he'd consider a wrestling scholarship but he wasn't interested in football. He had to be careful to not turn it down. His parents couldn't afford to for full college tuition.
Football and Cheer camp started on the same day.
The Varsity squad was bigger than the JV squad. They had 25 spots. 20 of us were from the JV squad. And over fifty girls were trying out. Seven girls were returning seniors. Shelly was an assistant coach until her classes started at UNLV. She got an academic scholarship for their pre-med program.
My squad was in shape! We were as ready as ever.
John and Julius were named team captains again. James Sanders, Lexi's boyfriend, was battling with last year's Backup quarterback for the starting position.
All tryout camps were busy!
Our football team won the state championship last year and we had a lot of players returning for their senior year. Adam Stewart looked as big and in shape as ever! He and Julius had been working out all summer together.
John was in the best shape of his life! Thanks to Master Moon! The weekend before the last week of camp. My parents showed up and started moving into our new home.
Mom insisted I stay at Aunt V's house until everything was settled. My dad thought I should move in with us right away. Mom explained that I had a solid routine, and we didn't dare break it.
We missed going to the Hot August Nights cruise in Reno. I was kinda sad about it. But I had way too much to focus on, and so did John.
My whole squad made the varsity squad. A couple of returning seniors dropped out at the last minute. One was hurt in a car accident, nothing life-threatening, but the doctor wouldn't clear her because of a concussion. The other girl was rumored to be pregnant.
I'm not sure what was what, except I was staying as far away from that subject as possible. I wasn't going to repeat the rumor and I certainly wasn't going to start one.
Lexi and Emma were named captains of the squad with a returning senior girl. I wasn't named as a captain because I was only cheering for football. I was okay with that. A lot of girls treated me like a captain including the captains.
Mrs Fountain, Aunt V, Taylor, and Linda were a powerhouse of support for our squad! We were supplied with matching sneakers, hair bows, makeup, and custom Stanley-insulated cups for our drinks. They even had custom-made matching earrings made for all the cheerleaders, freshman through Varsity squads.
Mom and Dad made every game! Even our road games! Our dance routines were second to none! We even worked in the chores line kicking routine. The JV squad joined us for the homecoming and playoffs.
I won't bore you with that detail for our football season. Except to say John had over 1800 total yards offense in rushing and catching. He had 19 touchdowns going into the playoffs.
Julius was the heart and soul of our defense with 5 interceptions, 32 tackles, and 12 quarterback sacks in the regular season. The college recruiters were scouting our team big time.
Adam Stewart had 9 touchdowns and almost a thousand yards of offense.
James was named starting quarterback and threw for over 2200 yards and 24 touchdowns. Evan had over 1100 yards receiving 10 touchdown catchers and 3 rushing touchdowns.
We had a rematch with the Reno high school again. We won 38 to 35. It was a slugfest right up to the end, with a field goal to win it.
Our school year was going great. I was in love with John. My friends all had boyfriends. My grades were solid. It's been over 3 months since my parents moved into our new house, and I was still living with Aunt V.
It kinda was working out for the best. Mom started working for Taylor while she waited for her transcripts and credits to get transferred to UNLV. Dad was true to his word, he was my own personal Uber driver.
My therapist moved my appointment scheduled to once a month.
I had finished the trials and passed my green belt test. After my green belt test. I backed off Hap-ki-do for a few weeks and concentrated on my ballet. Shelly was still our lead dancer. I was her understudy.
The night of the Christmas recital was great! Everyone came. The Pambini clan, Stapleton clan, Mom and Dad, of course. I even met my new step-sisters. Dad's daughters were really nice.
They were a little apprehensive about me at first, but they came around pretty well when they saw how happy their father was.
We had Christmas in Vegas together this time. It wasn't as magical as the vineyard but it was a lot of fun. John's family took everyone out to the private gardens where John and I had our first tea ceremony. We stayed until after sunset.
I had my birthday party at my house on Martin Luther King weekend again. We didn't do an overnight this time but it was a lot of fun.
I didn't make the swimming team in my junior year. It was a little depressing. I did join the debate team and the drama club. We did a Westside story, a comedy play, and Murder on the Orient Express.
Dad filmed everyone as a school volunteer. Dad was quite the shudder bug! By the time school was out I was registered with UNLV for Law 101
Prom was great! John took me to a small Italian restaurant on the edge of the city. It was a nice place, and the food was great.
We girls grouped several tables together. I finally wore my blue evening gown.
We crowded the diner again after prom. Not a single problem except the noise. We were loud but not rude or obnoxious...
I had 2 1/2 weeks before my classes started. I flew out to San Francisco and worked with Cathy and Becky again. I only made it to court once and it was with Caleb. He was a very talented Lawyer.
My summers were almost all working between my junior and senior years.
John was accepted at Stanford, Berkeley, and UNLV. He was wait-listed for Stanford and Berkeley. UNLV wanted him for football badly.
Mr Fountain went with Jii and John to UNLV for a meeting. They wanted to redshirt John the first year and start at running back his sophomore year. Mr Fountain and Jii negotiated with the school. If John was to play he play special teams at punt return and kick returns.
The school agreed on the provisions that John would play a backup role in offense due to injury. Mr Fountain said he would draw up an agreement. John was getting a full ride including campus parking and a private dorm room.
While John really didn't want to do it, he agreed. It made sense though. A full ride from a major university is a hard thing to turn down, especially when it's a fifteen-minute drive home.
John had other offers but no one would talk about anything other than football. John had too many other things to work on. He had two years left until he faced Ji-Ho again. To John, that was as big a priority as a college education.
Between my college classes, I took two this time, and my regular school work, I was busy. My spare time was spent working in Aunt V's office.
My parents had lived in the new house for almost a year now, and I still was living at Aunt V's. For now, it was more convenient for everyone, especially me. I'd stayed nights at the new house. I loved it.
But everything I had, my whole routine was embedded at Aunt V's house.
I got A's in both my college classes.
My senior year was starting. I just moved into a new house. Lexi and Emma helped. We made it a three-day event. We had a lot of fun setting up my room.
I was sad moving out of Aunt V's house. It was my first real house and only my second home. The last night I slept at Aunt V's house, we stayed up late watching TV. Neither one of us wanted it to end.
In the morning I made breakfast for us. We cried as I walked down the street. I wasn't moving far away, but we both have grown very close. I was convinced we filled holes in each other's lives when I moved out to Vegas.
The week before school started we got the bad news. Taylor's mother passed away. She was struggling with congestive heart failure. She had several surgeries and treatments over the years. She was 68 years old when she died.
The funeral was the weekend before school started. There was a will reading after the funeral. My Mom, Dad, Aunt V and I went for support. Linda and Emma came too.
Despite all the animosity between Taylor and her mother and with Lexi. She left everything to them both in a 50/50 split.
Taylor and Lexi lived in her house. Taylor had paid the taxes and utilities on it for the last 5 years. Taylor and Lexi didn't want to live there anymore.
They decided to remodel it and rent it out until they decided what to do with it. Maria, Anita's mom, was a big help.
Aunt V asked Taylor and Lexi to move in. This actually worked out really great for everyone. Lexi took my old room she repainted it in hot pink.
Lexi slept at my house as much as I slept at hers now. Emma was always there. Anita, Cheryl, and Lori were over quite a bit too. We spent plenty of time at their places as well.
Mrs Fountain was actually a really good cook. Once we got to know her she was a very generous person. She took us all over the place. Cheryl's birthday parties were an event.
For Cheryl's sweet 16 party, her parents bought a GMC Acadia Denali. Her 17th birthday was at the Aura Casino and Hotel. We had a spa package for all us girls and she gave us all kinds of swag!
My dad did as he promised and taught me how to drive. He even rented a stick shift car and taught me how to drive it, too.
I wanted a Jeep Rubicon for my first car. Dad said it would not be practical, especially when I was probably leaving for college. But he insisted on an SUV.
My parents sent me to SUV driving school. I aced the course! Between driving Mom's Q-7 and Dad's 3/4 ton diesel pickup, I was ready.
Our football team won our division title we lost by 6 points in the state championship to Silver City High School. I skipped the swim team altogether and concentrated on debate and drama.
We did "A Streetcar Named Desire" and "Hairspray" musical. We also did a couple of old Saturday night live skits.
My sweet 16 party was held at the country club on the Saturday before Martin Luther King Day again. Over 30 girls showed up. I told everyone no presents! Again like always no one listened.
I got some nice sweater dresses and boots. The girls got me some western wear and cowboy boots.
Mom and Dad made a show out of my birthday present. They bought me a brand new Chevrolet Traverse with the Z71 off-road package. It was dark red. I loved it!
Dad said he would have to drive with me a couple times before I could drive myself.
Life was good; I still see John on Saturday. I made almost every game. He was great on the field. He returned 3 kick-offs for touchdowns in his first season and 4 punt returns for touchdowns.
He took me to prom for my senior year. When we walked in he was a celebrity! He hated the attention, but he was always a good sport about it.
After I graduated, Yon had me test for my red belt. I had a blue belt for almost a year. Yon had me assisting her in class. John was too busy maintaining grades to work a lot.
I passed my red belt test. But it was tough. I had to spare with Yon! She was really good. I had landed four strikes and maintained my defense. That's not an easy thing to do against a former Olympic Champion.
Fortunately for John, his parents forced him to save half of everything he made. I paid for a few dates! It only seemed fair. Plus John had a meal plan at school. We had several dinners in the cafeteria.
I didn't take any college classes the summer I graduated high school. I made the Honor Roll Society. 4.0 GPA.
Anita was Valedictorian!
Two weeks after I graduated I drove to San Francisco for the summer to work at the law firm. I started at Stanford in the fall. My SUV was packed with almost everything I owned. Clothes, computer gear. Everything except furniture.
I stayed the entire summer with Becky, Bree, Ian, and their family. I had a huge bedroom. Bree and Terri helped me set up my computer. I didn't need their help, but I wasn't going to say no either.
.
I worked for Cathy most of the time. It was an incredible experience. Becky introduced me to the San Francisco DA and chief of police. I was working 50-plus hours a week. I had to get up at 5:30 in the morning to get my laps in the pool out of the way. I was tired every night I came home.
One weekend, Cathy took me to Stanford and drove me around. The place was huge! It was a beautiful campus.
It wasn't until years later I found out that Judge Franks and Mr and Mrs Newhouse put in some very strongly worded recommendations for me.
I never asked them to do that.
The summer away from John was hard on both of us. I flew home the week before they opened the dorms. Dad packed up the truck with my desk chair, a brand-new toolbox, blankets, and pillows.
We drove back to San Francisco and to Becky's house. We had to leave my car in the parking garage at the law firm. First-year students are not allowed cars on campus, and off-site parking costs a fortune.
John and I FaceTimed each other a lot during my first semester of school. I started jogging in the morning to stay in shape. I was close to overwhelmed at first. After the first two weeks of school things started falling in place for me.
My roommate was a party girl. She was out at all hours of the night. I just concentrated on my schoolwork. I had a plan, and I was determined to stick to it. I spent a lot of time in the library studying.
The librarian was a very nice black woman. She knew where almost every book was. She was very helpful. I think she may have felt sorry for me because I was a lot younger than the other students.
I drank a lot of coffee in college. I started bringing her coffee all the time. Because of this, she used to let me use the private study rooms all the time.
I used my weekend to wind down by swimming and I did a lot of reading.
One weekend Cathy and Caleb came to visit. Caleb's Dad and his girlfriend Danielle were visiting the grandkids at Becky's. So they decided to drive up to see me.
They took me to dinner and a movie. I spent the night in the hotel with them. It was the first undistributed sleep I had in weeks.
I stuffed myself at the hotel breakfast buffet. I took 4 blueberry yogurts from the buffet before I left. I needed something in the fridge to eat.
Caleb caught me and we stopped at a grocery store and picked up a few things. Caleb paid for it.
I have money I said.
Caleb said keep it! You'll never know when you're going to need it.
I hugged them both and thanked them for visiting.
Two weeks later Becky and Brianna came to visit me. Those two visits really boosted my spirits.
I would FaceTime with my parents and John, Lexi, and Emma.
Lexi was at Arizona State. Emma was at Berkeley. None of us had our cars so getting around was nearly impossible without spending money.
Mom and Dad set me up with a decent allowance. But I didn't spend much. I had a meal plan and I wasn't old enough to go out. Thanksgiving came around and I had a week off.
Caleb drove up and took me to Becky's for Thanksgiving. Mom and Dad were there. So was Linda and Emma! I was excited to see them. It was a nice break from school. I still did my homework.
I had less than two weeks of class left and then it was exam week.
Exam week wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I was always one of the first twenty people out of the room. My worst exam was political science. The instructor uses lots of trick questions. I got an A minus.
At the end of my first semester, Bree picked me up from school. I spent the night at Becky's and flew out to Vegas the next day.
I arrived home two weeks after my seventeenth birthday. There was only one thing on my mind, John! Aunt V picked me up from the airport. I hugged the stuffing out of her.
I had no idea what Christmas was going to be like this year.
When I got to my house it was dark and quiet.
Your parents had to go out for a bit at the last minute. They should be home soon. Then we're all going to dinner tonight.
I was kinda expecting someone to be home! I said with disappointment.
Aunt V helped me with my bags. We walked in the front door, and I could smell food. I was so tired from everything I didn't put anything together.
Surprise!!!!!! Happy birthday!
I almost had a heart attack!
All my friends, Mom, Dad, Taylor, Lexi, Linda and Emma.were there. Almost the entire cheer squad was there. Cindy was there. All the girls!
We had a great time. I was thrilled to see everyone. I managed to talk with everyone. After over four hours the party started breaking up. I was exhausted.
I went to get my bag that I dropped at the front door.
Let me get those!
I looked up and it was John.
I practically jumped into his arms. I wrapped my legs around his waist. I planted a huge kiss on him I forgot my parents and Aunt V were watching us.
John was actually more muscular than ever before. I missed his arms around me. Right now I didn't want anything for Christmas except to be with him.
Hi baby! Miss me? He said with that award-winning smile!
Ree!
Yes, mom!
Why don't you and John take your bags upstairs and reacquainted ? Your Dad and I will be at Vanessa's home having a drink. Come over when you are ready.
Okay, we won't be too long. I said.
Take your time sweetheart! My mom winked at me with a smile. Aunt V winked too. Dad smiled at me.
I grabbed my small bags, John grabbed my big bags.
I missed you so much! I pushed John back on the bed and practically jumped on him. We started kissing and touching each other. I missed his touch and his scent.
When John started playing with my naval jewelry I started getting very amorous very fast.
I took off my blouse, he took off his shirt. John's fingers found their way to my ass. He started groping my ass with strong hands. I unbuckled his pants. I started feeling him up.
Ree I want this too! But are sure?
Ohh yeah! I'm very sure! You're all I think about!
But your parents!
They are fine with it!
Are you sure?
Yes!
John smiled and took off my Bra. From there it was magical! After over 4 years of waiting, John and I made love! It was pure bliss. We ravished each other for almost an hour.
It was everything I imagined over the years. To me, he was the only person I ever fantasized about. I worshipped him. John was gentle and very attentive to me. I ran my long nails across his muscular back.
He was stronger than ever before! His body had muscles everywhere.
You're in better shape than ever I said!
Football! I have practice for most of the Christmas break!
I thought the season was over?
Not for us. We have a playoff game, and if we win, we are going to the Fiesta Bowl for the National championship.
So you are going to be around much?
I'll be home every night. We have 3 days off at Christmas time. I want to spend as much time with you as I can! Said John.
I put my clothes on and freshened up.
I was feeling very loved! What I wanted to do was finally here. Even John's news about being busy with football couldn't diminish how happy I was. We drove his car to Aunt V's.
Mom and Aunt V greeted me with a smile that I had never seen before. Dad just hugged me saying nothing. He had a huge smile that said he loved me.
John greeted everyone. I'm not sure how things are going to go, but I have tickets reserved for 15 people if we go to the bowl game. I want you all to come! My playoff game is New Year's Eve. I hope you make it. I have 40-yard line seats in the twelfth row with my family.
We'll be there John! My Mom said.
I know I won't miss it! Said Dad.
John said goodnight everyone.
I'll walk you to your car! I said affectionately. Aunt V heard me and smiled.
I walked Johnny to his car. I kissed him as deeply as ever. I felt like a real woman.
I love you, Johnny! I've loved you from the day we met.
I love you too Ree! I will call you tomorrow. He said. Johnny bent down and kissed me again. My left leg went skyward. I felt like I was floating on air.
I went back inside with a smile I couldn't hide.
We're gonna go back to the house and clean up a little, said Dad.
We'll see you in a few minutes, Ree! Said Mom.
Okay. See you soon! I hugged my parents.
I watched them walk out.
So!!! Said Aunt V. Leading me out to the pool.
So what? I asked innocently.
I'm fairly certain your parents have figured it out. But I know you young lady!
Did you and John???
Aunt V! A lady never tells! I said.
So you did!
Aunt V! I started blushing.
Was it everything you imagined?
Yes and more! I'm so glad I waited. We are so in love!
I'm very happy for you Ree! But remember sex is a responsibility! You have to be careful. Just because you can't get pregnant doesn't give you a license to do it anytime you want.
I know, I will be careful. I said.
Good! Because I have a lot of faith in you young lady!
I hugged and kissed her cheek. Good night Aunt V I love you!
I love you too sweetheart!
The next day, Mom took me Christmas shopping. I had a big list of things to get.
We stopped at Victoria's Secret. Heather was working.
Hi Ree!
Hi Heather! This is my mom Brenda.
Nice to meet you!
Ree, if I'm not mistaken, you look like you have grown a cup size! Said Heather.
Yes, I have! I said proudly and stopped, too, thank goodness!
What can I do for you?
I need a couple of lacy bodysuits, and I'd like to look at a couple of bras if you have any.
What size? The bodysuit is a 2 and 36 D-cup.
Where have you been? It's been over a year since I've seen you! School! I'm in the middle of my freshman year at Stanford.
Impressive! I just graduated from UNLV Business! I run the store now.
That's great, Heather. Congratulations! I said.
I bought two bras 3 bodysuits and Heather had to order my new invisible pedal bra.
Mom bought a couple of sexy items she thought Dad would like.
We went all over the place! I got Aunt V a 200-dollar gift certificate to Macy's.
Mom and I got Dad a big gift certificate to Sears. He wanted tools so we figured we better let him pick them out.
We have something for everyone. When it came to John, I couldn't think of anything!
Buy him a nice watch! Said mom. His watch is looking a little ratty!
I bought John a really nice sports watch. It was a little expensive but I loved him. Besides he paid for everything else anyway!
We headed back to the house.
When we arrived Dad was putting away groceries. He went to Costco!
I love the holidays! He said. All my daughters are together with family and friends! Everyone together! It's going to be great.
Where is the roast? Mom asked!
In the garage fridge. I didn't want it to take up room in the house.
Dan! That's a 20-pound standing rib roast!
23 pounds Brenda! It's a lot of people!
I'm not cooking that! Said Mom.
I am! First, I'll smoke it, then I'll grill it.
Okay! Mom rolled her eyes! I laughed softly.
We spent the next few days preparing for Christmas. I wasn't sure who was coming. No one would tell me.
I knew Dad's daughters and their families were coming. I liked my step-sisters but I was a bit apprehensive about meeting their husbands. Dad assured me everything would be fine. They stayed at Airbnb house for a couple of nights.
John and I went out every night. We made love almost every time. I did everything I could think of to please him. He was very considerate of me. I never felt so loved.
John knew exactly how to touch me. I was learning really fast how to please him. I think Yon suspected we were having sex. Jii never let on about it. All I knew was I missed him so much!
I was terrified of being so far away from him and home. I knew he didn't like it either. I also knew girls chased football players. John was a catch!
He's 20 now, a solid student, football player, champion wrestler, and martial artist. He's handsome and muscular! What girl wouldn't want a guy like that? My insecurities and anxiety were building up again just thinking about it.
