Then Sadie pushes her into her womb and lets the doctor know that she wasn't pregnant, but now the doctor's going to make a perfect baby for her, as soon as she settles down and lets Sadie's womb make some changes.

For me personally a pred who is caring and sympathetic about their prey, but still intent on digesting them, is perfection. Hopefully this isn't too long winded of an answer!
