Lots of people design/draw coyotes kind of lankier, mangier, and more mischievous than wolves and they're considered more comedic and rascally. Also another option for suiting is "poodling," where basically instead of a full suit you only wear a head and maybe paws (often ust handpaws, sometimes hand and feet paws, whatever you want). It's called that because you end up with a disproportionate silhouette kind of like a poodle but a lot of folks find it very cute (me, i'm folks). Basically just what you did in that clip when the furry tossed their head onstage and you put it on. It has the benefit of being somewhat cheaper (though the head is one of the more expensive pieces bc that's where the bulk of the design & engineering is focused) but it's also lighter, more comfortable, less hot, and more beginner-friendly. :)
