Adding a second Patreon-exclusive episode every month has been fun and that’s not going anywhere, but the process of giving early access Friday to the following Tuesday’s episode is causing some strain on our infrastructure. We offered that originally because there was only so much else going on here, but I humbly ask would you all be okay if we uploaded that on the Patreon feeds the same day as the public release?
You would still get the two bonus Patreon episodes although, with this new change, we would be putting them out the first and third Saturday of every month (there could be some that are early or late, depending on travel and gigs, especially because I want to do those with Russell in person, but first and third Saturday will always be our goal).
Let me know. If people adamantly hate that, we can reconsider, but this would help give my team the space to keep the quality higher on all fronts. I never want to do something that feels like it disregards the folks who have supported me most.
