I was the assistant manager of a sex toy store for a couple years and the main one in charge of researching and bringing in new merchandise, and strap-ons for guys to assist with ED (usually called extenders) are absolutely a thing of all sizes, textures, densities, and support. People very rarely bought the fun spiny ones, though. :(
