#60 The Upside (Best of The Downside 2021)

Dear Debbie Downsiders,

Lots of hopefully cool updates. First of all, this episode is our best of episode so it includes a mix of our funniest/saddest interview moments from 2021, some clips from patron-only episodes, and a sneak peak from an upcoming episode with comedian Samantha Ramsdell. There is no video because half of it is Russell and I listening and it looks super weird - apologies if you're into the video BUT we have some other stuff that you're gonna dig.

STUFF YOU'RE GONNA DIG

We are going to attempt to give you all FOUR FUCKING BONUS EPISODES A MONTH (every Sunday I'm thinking, locking in soon). At least two of them will be me and Russell per usual (and possibly more depending on his schedule) and the other two will be a mix of either me and my beautiful/smart/amazing girlfriend (who is reading this), me and other comedian pals, me solo, me and my siblings, me and my super, who the hell knows but it's gonna be entertaining. Once we hit 100 patrons, it will be Russell and me for all* of them.

The only downside (there had to be one) is that as we grow I have to make the tiers a little more defined. Going forward, video of the Patron-only episodes will only be on the Nihilist and Cynic tier BUT DON'T FREAK OUT if you are currently a Pessimist. I will still get you the video link for no extra charge just let me know and I'll make a list. I'm not looking to break my word and I appreciate your continued patronage!

If you are a Cynic, you'll get the video links and other special video goodies throughout the year + a free ticket to my shows whenever I'm able to provide one. If you're a Nihilist, you get even more special video goodies, two (or more) free tickets to shows when I'm able, a signed cum towel + free podcast-specific merch when we get there, and other incredible things I have yet to think of.

I know that's a lot of verbiage, but this next year is gonna be a big one. I'm painting the whole goddamn studio, we got new chairs en route, a neon sign being made, we are moving on down and your support has made it all possible (but don't get me wrong I'm still BLEEDING money on this thing).
