The Unreleased Script for Episode 99 - The Battle Between Heaven & Hell

When Blaine and I first discussed ending the show back in 2021 while we were still at Rooster Teeth, I wanted two things:

1. Get to 100 episodes.

2. Make a badass finale.

Thus, we began working towards the Battle Between Heaven & Hell - our big finale with as many characters as possible. Our normal production process - improvised dialogue based off a loose outline - would be impossible. There was no way we could coordinate something that complex with that many people. So, we sat down to write.

I don't normally release scripts but I stumbled across it earlier today and figured it would be fun to share with you, the people who support us the most. To be clear, I haven't actually read it since December of 2021 so hopefully it's not a complete mess. I do remember that we had to swap out some characters based on availabilities so you might see some alternate scenes from what exists in the final episode. We also recently re-released the artwork as a poster in our store if you're looking to make your walls a bit fancier!
