Dev Diary. Some teaser of new plugin

I was asked for a long time to make this plugin, but I didn't know how best to do it so that it would be convenient for both the player and the developer to use, but finally I found a good sample for inspiration. Announce with screenshots will be in few days, plugin is ready about 70%
