You've done a really good job with Ambar's struggles here. There's that touch of denial in how she thinks she can just rush back out onto the field, as well as how she cares more about others than herself; but there's also a lot of shock and pain hitting home in the way you capture her reactions as she realizes just how long-term the damages to her body are going to be. The details in her body are really nicely done, too; the visual impact of how her massive ass sags versus perks, and the sight of her castrated balls and hapless cock are really well done to illustrate some of the long term damage she's suffered. You really make the reader invested in her, in everything she's gone through, and really want to root for her.
