Not saying it should be normal just that it is, atleast in sweden

The Daddy the Parent one (I like the dub’s version “Daddy the Father”, because it sounds very One Piece) was a story that Oda the author wanted to tell but didn’t have time to in manga, so anime expanded on his idea, while Sanji’s side story is pretty much 100% filler.
