2023-07-19 10:29:47 +0000 UTCI love the fact that despite how gorey and brutal this show is, and how well animated it is, that it doesn't really take itself too seriously... at least from the viewers' prespective, knowing this is all just a Chunibyou living out his fantasies. It's like you expect it to be a cringe-fest, yet the show is self-aware and just full-sends it to absurd levels.

I've seen barrier shit used in this manner by cheat isekai protags than the ACTUAL way they are meant to be used

2022-11-02 21:28:40 +0000 UTCThey mentioned that when the monster was rampaging the knights evacuated everyone from that entire area where Cid used the Atomic spell. So no one died from his spell. And as for the question why Princess Alexia didn't caught up in Explosion was you can see it that before Cid used the Atomic spell, Cid created a barrier that ends near Princess Alexia. So the explosion happened inside that barrier but they never showed how much area was covered by the barrier and the only lead is the Size of the explosion. So yeah because of the barrier Princess Alexia didn't caught up in the explosion.
