2020-07-04 23:27:48 +0000 UTCA number of years have passed since the end of the series 6teen, Jen’s mother is pregnant again and Jen, along with Caitlin and Nicky who is visiting for the summer accompany her to a new maternity store having a 4th of July sale. The store is operated by an ancient fertility goddess, as she is no longer worshipped much of her power has left her, but she has enough to always make sure she makes sales. Therefore while one pregnant woman and three friends enter, four pregnant women in the end exit. A while after Jen’s mother has left the three friend emerge all carrying bags bearing their purchases from the shop, none are sure why they went out wearing their old clothes that fail to hide their bellies and strain at their pregnancy enlarged busts, instead of maternity wear. They chock it up to baby brain, they wave to the store owner and promise they will be sure to be back to shop there again with their other female friends in tow.
