As the disease progresses the victim becomes more rat then human. Linka and Gi, are far along in the progress of the disease, their clothing is torn and frayed and hangs off their frames as they have shrunk in size, and barely conceal the multiple breasts they have developed. Their faces have full rat muzzles with whiskers and their eyes are those of rats not people, they hunch forward a sign they will soon be on all fours like rats, and their rat like limbs will make the transition easy for them.
