How about having Sunset Shimmer and Applejack transform (both physically and mentally) from humans into donkey jennies while on a walk or perhaps a donkey ride through the orchards at Sweet Apple Acres? Applejack would become a grey donkey, while Sunset would become a brown one, and since Word of God is that Sunset is bisexual, she may well begin developing feelings for a certain transformee.

2020-02-04 06:29:29 +0000 UTCOkay there bro, I got one. How about the Tendo sisters, Akane, Nabiki and Kasumi from Ranma 1/2 turning into donkeys? They stand in a hot spring (Which is the trigger for most of that show's transformations) bathing and are all at different stages of the change. Akane is still upright but has hooves, a tail and the ears, Nabiki is on all fours with only her head still normal, and Kasumi has gone the entire way and looks confused. Let me know if that does anything for you bro.
