I would say I'm more of a casual listener and they feel like my talented nephews. 😂 I think the members i can really recognize are Martin,James and Keonho. Seonghyeon & Juhoon i keep getting them confused. Yes cait James is the oldest and born in 2005 . Damn i feel old. 😆 Idk but i believe this might be my first time seeing hiss noise I've just always recognize his name on bangtan albums .

2025-10-13 17:10:11 +0000 UTCI don’t know much about how the members were chosen for the group, but from what I’ve seen so far, the way BIGHIT forms their groups seems to focus on who gets along well, who fits the same concept, and who shares a similar vibe. I think that’s their main priority. There might be other trainees who are just as talented as Martin, but they wouldn’t necessarily put them in the same group because their talents or styles might clash — that’s just my guess though. I’m saying this because, in other companies, they often pick all the most talented trainees and then force some of them to adapt to the concept the company wants to promote. In BIGHIT’s case, I think it’s the complete opposite — they prioritize natural chemistry and group balance over individual skills. As for some extra info about Cortis, if you’re curious: from what I know, Martin auditioned for BIGHIT when he was around 10 or 11 years old. I’m guessing this because he mentioned that he was already a trainee before the pandemic. Since he’s 17 now and the pandemic started about six years ago, he would’ve been around 11 back then. And yep, he is the leader of the group. I think Martin has always been kind of BIGHIT’s favorite, considering his talent — they were probably just waiting for him to be old enough to debut. Of course, that’s just my personal opinion.But I do share the same view as you — once BIGHIT decided that Martin would debut, they probably added other members who could complement him well. Again, this is all just speculation for now since there’s no official information about it. As for James, he was actually part of a trainee group called Trainee A, which was supposed to debut under BIGHIT in 2021. However, due to some controversies involving one of the trainees and the issues HYBE faced at that time (like the ADOR vs HYBE situation), the project was canceled. Most of the trainees decided to leave, and only James stayed. I think he joined BIGHIT around the same time as Martin but was always part of the debut lineup. The other members were later scouted — I won’t spoil too much since it’ll be covered in the remaining episodes of the documentary. I think that’s all I have to say for now regarding the questions you asked. If other fans want to add any information I might’ve missed, please feel free to! I’m really into this group these days — I was a bit hesitant at first because they’re so young, but they’re just too good to ignore. I check updates about them on a daily basis, so if you have any questions, I’ll do my best to answer them without giving too many spoilers. I know some of you are planning to watch a lot of their content, and since some of these details will be revealed there, I’d rather let you discover them at that moment.
